I honed my craft working in some of São Paulo's finest hotels, where I refined my technique and deepened my respect for haute cuisine. My culinary journey brought me to Sweden, where I had the privilege of being part of the opening of Buteco, a restaurant dedicated to celebrating the rich diversity of Brazilian flavors. Currently, I am part of Gogogaga's team. As a guest chef at Nomi, I am thrilled to present a 4-course menu that celebrates the richness of the Brazilian cuisine, combining a deep respect for tradition with a contemporary approach. Each dish is a reflection of my roots, a balance of authenticity and innovation that defines my culinary philosophy. I look forward to sharing this journey of flavors, textures, and stories with you.
