Open Plate - The Table We Share is a pop-up dinner series at Restaurant Nomi in Gothenburg, February 26-March 8, 2025. With a Nose to Tail menu, the event focuses on sustainability by using the whole animal, with meat from Swedish organic farms. Open Plate and Nomi together create a platform for dialog and change through food.

On February 23rd, BIKT will join Nomi for an evening of delicious food, art and festivities - just the way we like it!
